This weekend Ty's best buddy, Joaquin, came for a sleepover. He also happens to be Mylie and Ty's Godbrother. We started off the weekend with Ty's favorite dinner - Turkey Tacos. And my photo op began:

| as competitive as they are, no one knew who was ahead |

| fun is always involved in whatever these boys do together |

| best buddies since infancy and now look at 'em |

| Ty wanted the ice-cream "that has the sugar that goes straight to your blood." I guess he was listening when I was describing how nutritionally deficient sorbet can be. |

| a little rainbow sorbet once in awhile can't hurt, right? |

| or bubblegum sorbet? |
 |
| anyway, they loved it! |
 |
| on our way to the beach, as we always do to run off the sugar rush... |

| placed a penny on the tracks as the train came by... |
 |
| danced all the way to the waves |
 |
| played a game of chase with the waves |
 |
| Mylie won every time |
 |
| and then we just ran all around... |
 |
| and took pictures of each other... |
 |
| found the penny smashed flat... so COOL! |
 |
| next day went to The Spot for burgers and fries... |
 |
| captured those beautiful eyes in perfect sidelight |
 |
| and of course had to go down to the beach again for some more fun |
 |
| because that's what best friends do |
 |
| it's good to have a best friend. xoxox |
